According to former NFL receiver Chad Johnson is huddling up with his legal team and ready to go on offense The all-pro formerly known as Chad Ochocinco is suing two websites that posted footage of him having sex with two women.

The lawsuit charges the sites WorldStarHipHop and MediaTakeout who posted the now-infamous sex tape shot three years ago in a Florida hotel room without his consent.

Johnson, whose lawyers successfully got the two sites to pull the footage after firing off cease-and-decist letters last week, is seeking unspecified financial damages.

Sources told the gossip site that while Johnson admits to being the star of that video, the footage was stolen off his cell phone. The embarrassing leak is just the latest hit for the 34-year-old athlete-turned-reality-TV-star-turned-unemployed-celebrity since he changed his name back to Chad Johnson last year.

“Soulmate” Evelyn Lozada divorced him after a 41-day marriage, after he was arrested for allegedly headbutting her. The Miami Dolphins — the last NFL team he suited up for — dropped him after the Aug. 11 incident, which reportedly started over a receipt for condoms Lozada found in the trunk of their car.

However the two were spotted holding hands at a fan appreciation event. Evelyn explained why she was holding hands with her former husband but didn’t rule out a reconciliation in the future. She said: ‘I attended a dinner with Chad’s daughter, not only because I love baby girl like my own, but to support Chad and his fan appreciation dinner.’

She added: ‘While at the dinner, several photos popped up on the Internet of Chad and I holding hands, while in the process of blessing the food. The blogs made last night seem as though, we walked hand and hand into the restaurant announcing a reunion, which wasn’t the case.’
