Oh no, Sweet Brown! Say it ain’t so! It looks like she’s suing Apple for $15 MILLION over using her catchphrases without her permission.

The Bob Rivers Show, which is a radio program, made a song called “I Got Bronchitis”, and used bits from the interview that made her famous. They started selling the song in April 2012 on iTunes. According to sources, “the radio program and its owner falsely advertised that Sweet Brown had given her consent for the radio station to use her voice and likeness in the song.“

The song sampled phrases like, “Ain’t nobody got time for that,” “Ran for my life,” and “Oh, Lord Jesus it’s a fire.” The lawsuit was actually filed back in June 2012 under the name Kimberly “Sweet Brown” Wilkins. In addition to Apple, she’s suing about five other parties.

It also looks as though her lawyers no longer want to be on the case, so Sweet Brown, along with co-complainant Sparkell Adams, will be representing themselves in this matter.

iTunes has since taken the song down.

Do you think Sweet Brown will win?
