After his retirement, he became a vice president at Brevard Community College (now Eastern Florida State College). Hall helped to establish a new campus in Palm Bay along Florida’s Space Coast.
Titus Hall has been awarded the Distinguished Service Medal, Legion of Merit, Distinguished Flying Cross, Bronze Star Medal and the list goes on. There is now a building at the college campus in which he served as vice president, named in his honor.
Major General Titus Hall passed away Sunday, August 4, 2013. A memorial service was held at the General Titus Hall Building on the Eastern Florida State College’s Palm Bay campus.
