The Rocksino’s contribution to local charities signals an early commitment to help make a difference in the community by increasing the potential of community partners to deal with critical issues affecting the prosperity of the community and the company.
“We’re proud to partner with our hometown charities, as part of our grand opening activities,” says Lucas. “We have a steadfast, undying commitment to help make a difference in the community. We want our –more-
business and the community to be prosperous and thrive. Prosperous communities are great places to do business and to attract and retain talent. We will continue to invest our dollars, time, and resources to help our community partners make that happen.” Anne Goodman, president and ceo, Cleveland Foodbank helps put the Rocksino’s contribution to her organization in perspective. “This extraordinary gesture from the Rocksino is so important for our community. It will make such a difference at a time of year when families not only need nourishment, but also hope. Literally thousands of families will sit down together for a meal as a result of this generous gift.” One in seven people in our community struggle with hunger day-to-day says Daniel Flowers, president and ceo, Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank. “With the support of the Hard Rock Rocksino, we can ensure that many hungry families can access nutritious food this holiday season, and all year long.”
