LYNDHURST, Ohio – Lyndhurst police say two 17-year-old males are in custody after shots were fired outside Brush High School on Tuesday night.

Police said several shots were fired after a basketball game between Brush and Garfield Heights let out around 9 p.m.

Lt. Barry Sague with Lyndhurst police told NewsChannel5 a security officer was already at the high school and called for back up. Officers soon responded and made the arrests.

Sague also said neither of the juveniles attended Brush or Garfield. Investigators recovered a handgun.
