When Officer Troy Dillard and Sgt. Brian Grigsby found Melvyn Armine walking on the sidewalk nearly two miles away from his home, he didn’t know where he had come from but knew exactly where he was going and was on a mission.
“He was pretty adamant,” Dillard told CBS Evening News.
