Mo’ne Davis is on a roll this year.
It’s successful moment after successful moment for her. She’s now Sports Illustrated‘s “2014 Sports Kid of the Year.”
She was the first female to pitch a shutout in the Little League World Series. She threw out the first pitch at the 2014 World Series as well.
This is her second Sports Illustrated cover. She garnered a cover back in August, but now she’s gracing the cover as the sports kid of 2014.
And she’s getting quite the recognition from her elders yet again. Michelle Obama congratulated her on her success on the field.
