GARFIELD HEIGHTS, Ohio reports – Police say a toddler was found wandering outside in Garfield Heights on Sunday without any adult supervision.
Garfield Heights Police say they were called to Beechgrove Avenue after a woman found a 3-year-old girl standing on a snow covered sidewalk with no adults nearby.
The woman brought the child into her home and says her coat and boots were soaking wet.
The child told the woman she was hungry, according to police.
Police report at the time of the incident, it was snowing and about 28 degrees outside.
Officers were able talk to the child and figure out where she lived by her last name.
