3/11/15-

Dear Tom,

I will be graduating on May 16, 2015 from an on-line university with a master’s degree in health care administration.   My graduation will be held at the Georgia dome in Atlanta, Georgia and my Christmas wish is for my family to be able to share in this significant achievement in my life.

I am the first person out of my three sisters by my mother to graduate from college.  I attended Alabama A&M University for a year right after I graduated from high school.   However, i did not finish because I went on to become a young, single mother of three.    Finally, in 2009 at the age of 37, I  went back to school to complete my B.S. degree in Business Administration and then a few years later, to earn a Master’s degree in Business Administration.

Since I have always had an interest in the medical field, I decided recently to my earn my final master’s in health care administration.

Tom, I am so proud of myself for not giving up on my education.  My mother was not able to attend my first few graduations, but I want to make sure she is present to see me walk across the stage in my cap and gown for my final degree—along with my siblings and my children.

My Christmas wish is to ask for your help to secure 4 hotel rooms near the Georgia dome for myself and my family, so they can attend my graduation and if possible have a simple celebratory party or dinner at the same hotel.

If you would grant me my Christmas wish i will be so grateful.
