Eggs & Greens – 230 calories


  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp. Sriracha sauce

  1. Add half the olive oil to a heated skillet.
  2. Sauté mushrooms and spinach.
  3. Move to a plate.
  4. Add remaining olive oil to the skillet.
  5. Crack egg into the pan and cook sunny-side up.
  6. Add egg to vegetables. Drizzle with Sriracha sauce.
