Type O

Do: Eat a high-protein diet (lean meat, poultry, fish, eggs, and beans).

Don’t: Avoid dairy and gluten.

Type A

Do: Eat fruits, veggies, beans, legumes, and whole grains.

Don’t: Avoid meat.

Type B

Do: Eat green veggies, eggs, low-fat dairy, and certain meats (lamb and venison).

Don’t: Avoid corn, buckwheat, tomatoes, peanuts, sesame seeds, and chicken.

Type AB

Do: Eat tofu, seafood, dairy, and green veggies.

Don’t: Avoid caffeine, alcohol and smoked and cured meats.

It’s important to point out that if your blood type is A and you choose to go on the diet, you’re allowed to indulge in a burger from time to time as long as it’s not every day.
