CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) –
The funeral service for former U.S. Congressman Louis Stokes, who died last week at the age of 90, will begin at 11 a.m.
The service at Olivet Institutional Baptist Church, located at 8712 Quincy Avenue in Cleveland, is open to the public. The service will stream live on CLE 43 and online beginning at 11 a.m.
