Many, but not all breakfast items, will be available on the all-day menu. But the most popular staples, such as the Egg McMuffin, the Sausage McMuffin and hash browns will be made available throughout store hours. (In Southern markets, where customers order biscuit sandwiches, those will be on the menu.)

Top 3 Healthiest McDonald’s breakfast items:

1. Fruit ‘N Yogurt Parfait

150 calories, 2g fat, 4g protein, and 10% of your daily calcium

2. Fruit & Maple Oatmeal

290 calories, 4g fat, 5g protein, 5g fiber, 10% of your daily calcium

3. Egg White Delight McMuffin

250 calories, 8g fat, 18g protein, 4g fiber

4. (Honorable Mention) Regular Egg McMuffin

300 calories, 13g fat, 17g protein, and 4g fiber

Only thing is, the sodium content is on the high side (750mg)

Also, try ordering one menu item instead of the whole meal. You can also eat some of ti for breakfast and stretch it until later. Remember, moderation in everything is good
