CLEVELAND – A four-year-old boy was shot in the shoulder Wednesday evening from inside the child’s home on Bliss Avenue.
“I hate for that to happen. It’s just too close to home,” said landlord Lillian Bliss.
Police responded to the house at 5:30 p.m. where the boy’s father told police the boy was shot in a drive-by. He then said a 5-year-old accidentally shot the child.
