The fifth suspect in the shooting death of 5-year-old Ramon Burnett is now behind bars.
19-year-old Richard Davonn Fields was arrested Monday.
Fields, along with 20-year-old Malik Marsean Norman and 20-year-old Demetric Croskey, are all accused in the homicide investigation.
