SOUTH EUCLID, OH (WOIO) –

It was a real-life Groundhog Day after a South Euclid man was arrested for the 76th time, less than one hour after being released from jail. Police said Christopher “Spanky” Moore was released at 11 a.m. Less than an hour later, police saw Moore walking along Mayfield Road with his arms full of items he allegedly stole from the local Walgreens and CVS.

He was taken back to jail and will be facing more charges. Police said in a Facebook post that he’s been in trouble with the law since 1994.
