CLEVELAND – Cleveland police on Wednesday arrested 18 people, including a man who tried to set an American flag on fire and then burn himself when officers intervened. Cleveland Police Chief Calvin Williams, during a press briefing Wednesday evening, said officers were in the process of booking the individuals who were taken into custody shortly after 4:30 p.m. A total of 23 people have been arrested since the start of the Republican National Convention, according to police.
