The owner of Mariah Carey’s former security company is threatening to sue her over sexual harassment and unpaid invoices.

Michael Anello and his lawyer have already prepared a draft of the lawsuit, which claims that during the period of time when he worked for Carey from June 2015 to May 2017, he wasn’t paid up to $221,329.51 of what he was owed. Anello also claims that he was promised another two years, which would have netted him an additional $511,000.

In the draft of the suit, according to TMZ, Anello also claimed that Carey often humiliated him and his colleagues by referring to them as skinheads or Klansmen or Nazis or members of other hate groups, because, according to Anello, Carey “wanted to be surrounded with black guys, not white people.”

Anello also claimed that he was sexually harassed by Carey, including times when she would commit “sexual acts with the intent that they be viewed by Anello.”
