Though we can all agree with Maria that every Monday should be off, but the topic about the day after the Super Bowl becoming a national holiday is a real conversation!

Studies shown the day after to be one of the most unproductive work days of the year, and a New Jersey school district near is already taking matters into their own hands with a two hour day for the Eagles fans.

Last week, politicians in Tennessee even introduced a bill attempting to make ‘Super Bowl Monday’ a state holiday.

“My bill simply wants to examine giving the rest of us the day off. Let’s face it, it doesn’t get much more American than the Super Bowl and it’s becoming more and more the norm to miss work the next day. So maybe we should just codify it…or at least just talk about it,” Rep. Joe Towns Jr. said in a statement.
