Over the course of a three-year run in the late ’90s, Sarah McLachlan’s Lilith Fair put the heretofore male-dominated festival circuit in touch with its feminine side. Now “Lilith” is back, minus the “Fair.” Poor ticket sales prompted tour organizers to cancel 10 dates elsewhere, but all systems are go for Tuesday at Blossom Music Center.
