NORTH OLMSTED, OH (WOIO) - A man claiming to be a judge's son busted for shoplifting. 32-year-old Joseph Russo was arrested on February 7th at Marc's. Police say Russo was with a small child when he cut open a $99 DVD package, put it with his personal belongings and went to the check out line. After purchasing other items, Russo tried to leave, but a manager confronted him about the hidden DVD package.
CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - The Cleveland Division of Police Homicide Unit is investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of an unidentified woman. Monday at approximately 10:46 a.m., Third District zone cars responded to 3400 block of Hamilton Avenue for a dead body. Once on scene officers located the unresponsive victim, believed to be in her 30's, partially buried in the snow with contusions and abrasions to her head and hands.
