CLEVELAND — Snow is blamed for difficulties encountered by some Mega Millions lottery players in northeast Ohio wanting a shot at a $206 million jackpot.
The Ohio Lottery says ticket machines experienced scattered outages in the region on Tuesday, ahead of the big drawing.
Lottery spokeswoman Sandy Lesko Mounts tells WJW-TV (http://bit.ly/tqtjp7) the problems resulted from snow that piled up on satellite dishes and affected signals.
