CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) –

The RTA bus driver who lost her job after she hit and killed a woman crossing the street in Public Square was indicted by a grand jury.

Antoinette Peterkin was indicted on the charge of aggravated vehicular homicide.

Joan Kuendig was crossing in a marked crosswalk near Key Tower on Ontario Street on Dec. 7, 2016 when she was struck. She died from head injuries a few weeks later on Dec. 29.
