NORTH OLMSTED, OH (WOIO) - A man claiming to be a judge's son busted for shoplifting. 32-year-old Joseph Russo was arrested on February 7th at Marc's. Police say Russo was with a small child when he cut open a $99 DVD package, put it with his personal belongings and went to the check out line. After purchasing other items, Russo tried to leave, but a manager confronted him about the hidden DVD package.
