ASHLAND COUNTY, OH (WOIO) – Ohio Highway Patrol Troopers stopped a rented 2013 Ford Taurus, with Ohio registration, for a taillight violation on Interstate 71 southbound, near milepost 187 in Ashland County at 10:52 p.m., on July 17.
