CLEVELAND – Cleveland police are reporting a pedestrian fatally struck Thursday morning.
The accident happened around 3:50 a.m. in the area of E. 93rd Street and Benham Avenue.
The victim was pronounced dead on scene.
Cleveland police say they’ve made one arrest.
