When The Queen of Rock & Roll gets hitched, she does it big! New pictures form Tina Turner’s wedding in Switzerland have been released and the bride bucked tradition in the most extravagant way. Instead of wearing white like most brides, Tina got married Erwin Bach in a green Armani gown for their Buddhist-inspired wedding.
The whole thing took place this past weekend at Tina’s sprawling Chateau Algonquin estate, which is right on the water. She decorated her backyard in red draperies and gold tables. Then she splashed purple lights on her home.
TMZ.com reports that Oprah and David Bowie were among the 120 guests at Tina’s wedding, and Bryan Adams serenaded the newlyweds with his hit “All For Love.”
