H&M, a Swedish retail-clothing company, known for its fast-fashion clothing offerings for women, men, teens and children, will open a 17,000 square foot location in the fall. Teavana, a specialty retailer offering more than 100 varieties of premium loose-leaf teas, authentic artisanal teawares and other tea-related merchandise, will open a 1,281 square foot location inside the mall in May. Chop It Salad Co., a locally-owned fast-casual restaurant, will soon be opening at the food court in Great Lakes Mall.
