CLEVELAND – According to the FirstEnergy outage map, a total of more than 20,000 people are without power in Cuyahoga and Geauga Counties.
An additional 2,000 to 5,000 customers are experiencing outages in Lorain County. Portage County has an estimated 500 to 2,000 power outages. Residents in Lake and Summit Counties are each dealing with up to 500 outages.
The mix of snow, sleet and ice from Sunday’s storm has downed trees and power lines, and crews are working to restore power throughout the region.
