Kelly Rowland Has Her Own “Wardrobe Malfunction”: Another Publicity Stunt?

Nicki Minaj is no longer alone on the list of black celebrities who’ve shown their boobies in public. Kelly Rowland showed her “assets” when her top slid down during a concert, revealing both of her breasts.

The 30-year old Rowland was performing her hit song, “Motivation’” at the Club 4Sixty6 in West Orange, NJ. She raised her arms and accidentally gave the crowd something that wasn’t included in their ticket prices.

Are these breast-baring stars really having legitimate wardrobe malfunctions or simply seeking attention from the public? It’s really hard to tell at this point.
