CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) –
Cuyahoga County Executive Ed FitzGerald announced Friday that the county web site now provides access to numerous construction and management contracts relating to the Cleveland Medical Mart & Convention Center project as well as public presentations and historical documents.
“The public wants to know about the Medical Mart and the county is going to continue to expand the number and types of Medical Mart documents it posts on the county web site,” said FitzGerald. “I am not aware of another major, local construction project that has shared contracts and agreements to this extent”.
The new documents are primarily in the areas of “Construction Administrative Agreement (CAA) and Definitive Agreement” and “Leases, Financing and Other Operational Documents.” Many of these documents are in excess of 100 pages, so viewers are encouraged to review them before printing them.
