Word on the street is that CBS anchor chic JULIE CHEN is about to try and AXE another sistah from her talk show “THE TALK” on CBS.
Let’s get caught up before we get to the drama. The Talk is sort of like the VIEW on ABC. It kicked off last October with co-hosts, Sara Gilbert, 36, Chen as the moderator, Leah Remini, 41, Holly Robinson Peete, 46, Sharon Osbourne, 58, and Marissa Jaret Winokur, 38, as a special correspondent.
Winokur was asked to leave the show in January. Chen pulled out the knives and also fired Leah Remini and Holly Robinson Peete this summer.
Now word on the street is that she wants to get rid of comedian Sheryl Underwood. Now let’s get this straight, anyone who knows Sheryl KNOWS that her jokes are off da chain and can be brutal but she is very educated and often times hits you with knowledge in those jokes. This allegedly is what show producers wanted, someone to loosen up the show and make it hot!
Now Julie is making a fuss behind the scenes even getting word to the National Enquirer “Julie believes they made a mistake by adding Sheryl to the panel. She thinks Sheryl’s comedy is too crude for daytime TV”.
BMS has been told that Julie is pissed and says Sheryl’s tough /funny love is not a good fit for the show.
Chen was allegedly upset recently when Sheryl made light of a discussion about suicide during a talk about Russell Armstrong.
Another source tells the Enquirer: “Julie didn’t like Holly and Leah, and now she’s made it obvioyus that she’s not happy with Sheryl and Molly. At this point it looks like it may turn into the ‘Julie, Sara and Sharon show.”
So how is Chen able to get away with all of this? Hell she’s married to Les Moonves (61). (seen above) He’s the President & CEO of CBS meaning he’s da boss!
