According to published reports, Twentieth Century Fox is looking to revive the Showtime original series ‘Soul Food.’The original show aired from 2000-2004 and was based on the 1997 film of the same name. The project is rumored to be in the early stages, with no casting decisions having been made or even considered. It also is not known if Fox will broadcast the show themselves or is simply developing it with the hopes of passing it on to another network. Nonetheless, BET and TBS are already being thrown around as potential homes for the new show.
