The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Deandrae Bouyer.
Bouyer is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Cuyahoga Co. Sheriff’s Office. Bouyer is wanted for a probation violation which stemmed from a rape, and aggravated burglary charges. Bouyer is also wanted for failing to register his address on the sex offender registry. The actions which led to his original charge allege that Bouyer broke in to the victim’s home, would not let her leave when she tried to flee and raped her. Bouyer is also supposed to register his home address with the state because of the sexual assault. He has failed to do so.
Bouyer is a 30-year-old black male standing approximately 5’9″ and weighing 166 pounds. He has black hair and has brown eyes. Bouyer is believed to be hiding in Cleveland. Bouyer has a previous address located around the 3600 block of E. 114th St. in Cleveland.
