WE tv is hoping to strike lightning twice with a new reality series about famous sisters. This time the siblings are Erica Campbell and Tina Campbell of Mary Mary.
The show, tentatively titled “Mary Mary,” is scheduled to premiere in March and will follow the gospel-singing sisters as they balance career and family.
“Erica and Warryn are expecting their third child in February, and Tina and Teddy are raising a blended family of four. The sisters also have a very large, extended family of seven siblings to deal with—one of which is the group’s stylist—and their parents, who have been married and divorced three times to each other,” according to a WE tv announcement.
“Mary Mary” won’t be the only famous sister reality series on TV, or on WE tv. The network also airs the popular “Braxton Family Values,” which chronicles the lives of Toni Braxton and her four sisters. The Style network is currently working on season 2 of “Tia & Tamera,” and E! is home of the Kardashian franchise.
The sisters are no strangers to TV. They currently serve as judges on BET’s singing competition show, “Sunday Best.”
