BRIMFIELD TOWNSHIP, OH (WOIO) –
Brimfield police arrest an assistant football coach from Field High School Wednesday.
The coach is accused of having sexual relations with a 16-year-old female student over the span of two months.
Officers arrested Nathaniel Clark, 21, while he was out jogging.
Police say Clark admitted to the sexual relationship and was taken to the Portage County Jail where he was booked and charged with three counts of sexual battery.
Additional charges are anticipated according to Chief David Oliver of the Brimfield Police Department.
The teen told her parents about the relationship Monday.
Clark is not a teacher at Field High School, only an assistant football coach.
