WESTLAKE, Ohio – An Avon Lake teen told police a man stole her pantyhose so he could fix his car.

According to Westlake police, the 16-year-old girl was accosted by a man who was demanding her pantyhose. The man said he needed them so he could fix his car’s exhaust system. The girl gave the man the pantyhose and then he ran off.

The victim described the man was in his 20s, wearing a camouflage baseball cap and a dark-colored Northface-style coat.
