COLUMBUS, OH (WOIO) –
The Ohio State Buckeyes advanced with a huge 81-66 win.
It was a sweet, sweet sixteen victory for the Buckeyes Thursday night over Cincinnati.
Ohio State’s season ended in the sweet sixteen the past two seasons, but this year, they are rolling into the ‘Elite Eight.’
Saturday at 7pm, the Buckeyes will take on Syracuse for a spot in the ‘Final Four.’
Has the Buckeye’s basketball run taken the sting out of the one year bowl ban facing Ohio State’s first year football coach Urban Meyer and the football team?
Another win and a Final Four spot… and the bandwagon will be full.
