GEAUGA COUNTY, OH (WOIO) –
The teen accused of fatally shooting three of his classmates and wounding three others has officially been indicted.
T.J. Lane now faces adult charges of aggravated murder, attempted aggravated murder and felonious assault for the deadly shooting inside Chardon High School this past February.
17-year-old Russell King, Jr., 16-year-old Daniel Parmertor and 16-year-old Demetrius Hewlin were killed. 17-year-old Nick Walczak remains paralyzed from the waist down.
18-year-old Joy Rickers and the 6th victim were treated and released from the hospital.
Lane will be arraigned Friday, June 8. If convicted, he could spend his entire life in prison.
