CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) –
Cleveland EMS workers have been put on alert responding to calls in the city’s Carver Park section.
They’ve been told to wait for police before responding to calls there.
Thursday, they got an emergency call, and for some reason, a man at the scene became irate and threatening.
The man was arrested, but the concern now is some kind of retaliation.
