Debbie Rowe, the mother of two of Michael Jackson’s children, says she will get involved if the current guardianship arrangement goes south, according to court papers filed by Rowe on Thursday, reported TMZ.

Rowe, 53, of Palmdale, Calif., gave a thumbs-up to the deal in which TJ Jackson and grandmother Katherine Jackson jointly look after the kids, but Rowe’s legal team promised action if the caregiving appears to be lacking.

“Should the arrangement sought by TJ Jackson and Katherine Jackson become untenable, unstable, unsafe, or in any way contrary to the best interests of the children, Ms. Rowe will seek court intervention,” the filing read, according to TMZ.

Rowe gave birth to Prince in 1997 and Paris in 1998, surrendering custody in a 1999 divorce. Blanket was born to an unnamed surrogate in 2002.

All three have become entangled in a battle over the late King of Pop’s will. Another court hearing assessing the guardianship of the children is scheduled for Aug. 22, wrote DigitalSpy.com.

This wasn’t the first time Rowe’s concern over how her kids are being raised has surfaced recently. After Katherine Jackson’s absence from her Los Angeles home prompted Paris to declare her grandmother missing and demand to talk to her, a source told RadarOnline : “Debbie is actively monitoring the situation and is extremely concerned for Katherine. She has tremendous respect and love for Katherine and is also concerned for the children and is angry that Paris has been unable to talk to Katherine for the past week.”

Katherine was reportedly vacationing in Arizona, but the incident sparked a shift from Katherine being the sole guardian to the eventual joint arrangement with TJ.
