A man in Iowa is out of job at Wells Fargo all because a prank where he stole 10 cents, nearly 50-years ago.
It’s all because of strict laws in the banking industry, Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, which are intended to protect borrowers from high level criminals.
