Despite previously announcing plans to revive “In Living Color” for two special episodes, Fox has reportedly decided to scrap the idea indefinitely.

According to Vulture, sources have confirmed that while hours worth of footage were filmed, network executives were not too thrilled with the final product, which was set to “feature a new cast of fresh, young talent, as well as musical performances by special guests.”

During a recent interview with Crave Online, Damon Wayans Jr. opened up on his involvement with the now defunct project.

“I did a couple of guest spots there,” he admitted. “I don’t know what’s going on with that show but I know that I nailed that s***. I nailed all my parts.”
