Dandre Moore and his front-seat passenger Dartavious Moore were arrested on drug charges after Mobile, Al police stopped their car for “double-texting.”
Police spotted 15-year-old Dandre Moore driving with his knees and texting with two different phones, one phone in each hand.
The police also found 386 oxycodone pills left over from a pill bottle that held 720 pills.
They also found $4,490 in the glove compartment.
Dandre Moore was charged with possession of prescription drug and a controlled substance. Dartavious Moore was charged with first degree possession of marijuana and possession of controlled substance.
There was a 3-year-old baby in the backseat with two women. The child was unharmed.
