A probable cause search revealed four Diazepam pills and approximately three grams of marijuana in the center console. Troopers also located two large cardboard boxes containing 30 pounds of marijuana.

The driver, Jason V. Powell, 35, from Middleburg Heights was incarcerated in the Ashland County Jail and charged with possession and trafficking in marijuana, both third-degree felonies.
