Students have been quoting the commercial in hallways and classrooms, much to the irritation of teachers and staff.

VERNON, CT – Geico’s Hump Day commercial, a viral sensation on YouTube, has become too popular at a Connecticut middle school for some administrators.

The commercial, which features a camel walking around an office making colleagues declare that it’s “Hump Day,” has some students at the Vernon Center Middle School disrupting classes and bothering teachers, according to New York’s CBS station .

“Everybody’s walking around in the hallways and saying ‘It’s Hump day’ in that weird voice,’ student Brooke Lewis told CBS.

With the phrase being used not just on Wednesdays but every day, teachers at the middle school could be “happier than a camel on Hump Day” if students would break the habit.
