I Don’t Want Nobody But You

When you think of the name above most people think complicated, but complicated is not always a bad thing and sometimes complicated can be simplistic and just real.  Brothas always ask ladies what we want often times our answer is we want to be married…have that white house with the picket fence (translated in the new millennium that equates to that house in the burbs with a lexus).  We want security, financial stability and children.  We want that knight in shining armour that has the answers to all our problems and the fixers to our loneliness.  I think Left Eye said it best “I need a crunk tight n*@@$, Makes seven figga, Laced with a platinum not the silver sh@t n*@@$ and still seek her ten inch or bigga, know how to lick it and stick it Wha Wha” raw but real LOL.  But seriously I was watching TV one day relaxing (rewind relaxing for me, I know that’s almost an oxy moron) with a friend and a jewelry commercial came on and the advertising was for this gorgeous ring, it could have been used as an engagement, friendship or “dang I messed up” kind of ring.  So my friend gets quiet and says to me is that really the end all be all to women?  I gave a standard answer without much thought and said no not necessarily for some women monetary things are important and that is what they like “presentation makes everything right or puts a period on their appology.  Then a couple of days later I was listening to music that flopped in my lap and I came across a song that really summed up the answer to his question best, although the artist name might bring complication to your first thought her new single is 2 minutes and some change of what that answer to him should have been.  “Ironically there are no textbooks or classroom instructions that could help one balance the equations of”  love and relationships but Algebra Felicia Blesset broke it down for us…My answer to him should have been ”Boy, listen Everybody can’t be in my head Everybody can’t sleep in my bed Everybody can’t be up in my face Everybody can’t be all in my space Now I might fuss a lil’ bit, cuss a lil’ bit You know this, yeah But if you trust a lil’ bit You gonna get one hundred percent  I don’t want nobody but you Don’t want nobody touching me, baby But you Don’t want nobody kissing me, baby But you Don’t want nobody loving me, baby But you!!!!”  Ms. Algebra has blessed us ladies with how we should address our Kings.  Thats right sistas we need someone to compliment us as Queens and not just our rings .  Please as always listen and watch, more importantly I want to add embody the below RESPONSIBLY…
