CLEVELAND — Officials in several counties advised avoiding the roads if you possibly can.
Travel conditions have been extremely hazardous Thursday.
Snow parking bans were also issued in several cities.
SNOW EMERGENCIES:
Erie County is under a Level 2 Winter Road Condition Warning. Rural areas may be particularly hazardous. The sheriff’s office advised checking the weather before deciding to drive anywhere.
Huron County issued a Level 2 Snow Emergency.
Lorain County issued a Level 1 Snow Emergency Notification. That means roadways are hazardous so residents should drive with extreme care.
Richland County is under a Level 1 Snow Emergency, according to the sheriff’s office. That means roads are snow covered and slippery and drivers should use caution.
Summit County has issued a Snow Emergency. Roadways are hazardous with blowing and drifting snow. Roads are also icy. Drive very cautiously.
