Children Found Barefoot, Father Gets Arrested

LAKEWOOD, Ohio – Police arrested a 23-year-old after his kids were found wandering the streets alone barefoot.

Officers said they received a phone call from a concerned citizen around 11:45 a.m. Thursday reporting three children running outside on Lark Street with no coats and barefoot.

Officers responded to find two 4-year-olds and a 6-year-old child outside alone. It was determined the juveniles had left their home through a window while they were being babysat.
