New Updates on the Ford Avon Lake Plant Layoffs
AVON LAKE, OH (WOIO) –
Ford says there will only be a two-week layoff for half the workers at the Ohio Assembly Plant in Avon Lake.
The plant will rotate shift opportunities for approximately 1,000 production workers. Two-week cycles and two-week temporary layoffs for half of workers. When on the rotations, workers will receive 95% of pay.
